ANALYTICAL PSYCHOTHERAPY
What is psychotherapy?
Analytical psychotherapy is based on the same theory as Sigmund Freud's psychoanalysis. Exploration in the unconscious to discover the impulses and desires that are at the base of our emotional and physiological nature.
Understanding the why and the origin of the behavior allows the individual to achieve a certain balance of vital energy. This awareness and energy gives the possibility of overcoming one's obstacles, while progressing in one's life.
We all have difficulties and obstacles in life that block us. . .
Sometimes we have the impression of being in repetitive patterns, overwhelmed by emotions such as anguish, anxiety, grief, or other issues as much as phobias, addictions, inhibitions._cc781905-5cde -3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_
A successful therapy is done over time, it requires effort, patience and kindness which guarantee you profound changes in your everyday life. It is an investment in yourself and a commitment to yourself.
I accompany you in a benevolent and confidential setting; my role as an analytical therapist is to provide you with appropriate tools for a better understanding of yourself. and releasing your own resource.
Also trained in Ericksonian Hypnosis and EMDR I adapt my three methods according to the individual, during the therapy.
I welcome adults, teenagers, couples, children with active and empathetic listening. Sessions last 50 minutes face to face and cost €50.
My office is located in Montpellier at 49 Boulevard Berthelot. It is accessible by car (with a parking space available) or by tram with lines 2 or 4, at the Nouveau St Roch stop.
Online audio/video consultation is entirely possible and the efficiency is identical!
